Refunds and Exchanges

Cancel/Refund Policy
We DO NOT allow any exchanges or refunds on custom orders that include names!

If you request a refund/cancellation before your order is sent out you order will be cancelled and refunded.

If you request a refund/cancellation once your order is in transit or has been delivered. You the customers will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to return the order. You will have 3 business days after your order is marked delivered to provide us with a tracking number that shows movement or a estimated delivery date indicating that the delivery carrier has possession of the package.

You will be refunded minus the shipping and handling feed once the package is back in our possession. However if there is any damaged or missing items you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you don't provide us with tracking within 3 businesses day you will not be eligible for a refund.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within 1-10 business days after payment processing is complete. After orders have been shipped, shipping time through USPS is 3-5 business days.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CHOOSING EXPEDITED SHIPPING DURING CHECKOUT DOES NOT EXPEDITE THE PROCESSING TIME ONLY THE SHIPPING!!

Please double check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

Carriers

We use USPS to deliver our orders. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service to ensure that your package in insured. Insurance is to protect against lost or damaged packages during shipping. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. (First-Class packages are NOT insured.)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Creative Dane Designs is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Rose Exclusives will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
